We build a clear, honest picture of your current reality — strengths, patterns, stories you tell yourself, and blind spots you've developed along the way. Most leaders are good at diagnosing others. This is about turning that same rigor on yourself. Without real awareness, action is just more motion.

CLARIFYING WHAT YOU ACTUALLY WANT — NOT WHAT YOU SHOULD WANT

Most successful leaders have a list of goals. What they may lack is clarity on where those goals came from — whether they're genuinely theirs or inherited from expectations, comparison, or an outgrown definition of success. We spend real time here; misaligned aspiration leads to the wrong destination.

ALIGNING YOUR PATH WITH WHO YOU ACTUALLY ARE

We'll examine any gap between who you present and who you are. Not to collapse them entirely, but to ensure the space between them isn't costing you more than you realize. Authentic leadership is about coherence: leading in a way that's genuinely yours.

RECLAIMING YOUR CAPACITY TO CHOOSE AND ACT

High-achieving leaders often feel less in control than others may assume. Pressures and constraints are real, and over time one can lose touch with how much genuine choice actually exists. Agency is about marshaling options and building internal capacity to act on what matters.

CHANGE THAT COMES FROM THE INSIDE OUT — AND LASTS

When awareness, aspiration, authenticity, and agency are in place, action becomes different. Clearer. Experiments you run, commitments you make, changes you implement come from a deeper, more integrated place. That's what makes them sustainable.

THE PROCESS

What working together 
actually looks like.

We start with a candid conversation — an exploration of where you are, what you're navigating, and whether this work is what you need. If it is, we build a coaching contract together: your goals, specific ways we'll work, and what success looks like for you.

From there, the engagement is yours. We follow what's most alive and important for you each session. Some sessions are strategic. Some are psychological. Some are both. The A5 framework provides orientation, but it's your agenda.

Between sessions, I may offer exercises, prompts, or assessments as invitations to look more closely at something we've opened up. The real work happens in the moments between our conversations, when you're living the questions we've been exploring.

FORMAT

One-on-one coaching, meeting virtually or in person near Park City.

CADENCE

Typically every two weeks, 90–120 minutes per session. Adjusted to your schedule and pace.

DURATION

Most engagements start with six months. Shorter engagements available for focused work.

ASSESSMENTS

Enneagram (iEQ9), 360-degree feedback (Shift+) and other assessments available.

Group and team coaching, along with the HighPoint wilderness expeditions for those seeking a different format.

Therapy

Therapy addresses psychological wounds, trauma, and deep emotional patterns. It's essential work — but it's a different field with a different purpose.

Coaching focuses on your present and future, not your past. We work with what's alive now and where you want to go.

NOT THIS

Consulting

A consultant diagnoses problems and prescribes solutions. I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'll share strong opinions — but you're the expert on your own life.

Coaching helps you develop clarity and capacity, rather than creating dependency on someone else's answers.

NOT THIS

Mentoring

A mentor shares their experience and models a path. My experience informs my perspective — but your path isn't mine to map.

Coaching lets you find your own path, with a guide who challenges your assumptions without substituting their own.
